pipe clamp:

1. Application scope of pipe clamp

The light series pipe clamp is used for 6 kinds of size series common mechanical pressure pipe, with the outer diameter of 6-57mm.

The double series pipe clamp is applied to 5 kinds of mechanical pressure pipes with outer diameter of 6-42mm.

Heavy Duty series pipe clamps are used for 8 size series of high mechanical pressure pipes with an outer diameter of 8-273mm.

3. Pipe clamp installation procedure

Before assembly on the welding plate, in order to better determine the direction of the clamp, it is recommended to mark the fixed position first, then weld, insert the lower half of the pipe clamp body, and place the pipe to be fixed. Then put on the other half of the pipe clamp body and the cover plate, and tighten them with screws. Do not directly weld the bottom plate of installed pipe clamp.

Install the guide rail on the ground, the guide rail can be welded on the foundation, or fixed with screws, then push the guide rail nut into the rail, and turn 90 degrees, insert the lower half of the pipe clamp body into the nut, place the pipe to be fixed, and then place the upper half of the pipe clamp body and the cover plate, and fix with screws.

Stack up assembly, the guide rail can be welded on the foundation, or fixed with screws. First install the upper and lower half of the pipe clamp body, put on the pipe to be fixed, then put on the upper half of the pipe clamp body, fix with screws, and prevent it from rotating through the anti loosening cover plate. Then install the second pipe clamp in the same way.

When assembling the bend, fix it with caster clamp directly at the front and back of the bend. It is suggested that such supporting points should be fixed.

Therefore, there is no difference between pipe clamp and pipe clamp. Their purposes are the same, but the product names are different. Some call it pipe clamp, some call it pipe clamp.
